Results-Based Pricing for Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Pricing for SEO services are charged, in part, according to the results achieved. The base price is payable at
the start of the SEO campaign and additional charges are paid as the client's keyword phrases move up in
the Google rankings. Here's how it works:
-
Determine the keyword/phrases to be used in the optimization.
-
Determine the level of competition for each keyword/phrase as determined by the
Google Adword Keywords Tool. Below are examples of keywords and their levels of
competition:
| Keyword/Phrase | Level of Competition |
| Inground Swimming Pools | high |
| Inground Pools | high |
| inground pool builders | medium |
-
Find the amount you will be billed for each keyword/phrase according to its competitive level. The most
you will be billed for a single keyword/phrase is the "Page 1" One-Time Charge. The least you will be billed
is $0!
| Level of Competition | Ranking | One-Time Charge |
| Low | Pages 3-5 | $75 |
| Page 2 | $100 |
| Page 1 | $125 |
| Medium | Pages 3-5 | $100 |
| Page 2 | $125 |
| Page 1 | $150 |
| High | Pages 3-5 | $125 |
| Page 2 | $150 |
| Page 1 | $175 |
-
A one-time set up charge of $400 is billed at the beginning of project.
Please know that rankings may slip as other companies optimize their websites for the same
keyword/phrases. Rankings may also improve if an existing website goes out of business. This is the normal evolution of search engine optimization. No one
can guarantee specific results or that they will remain in place for years to come. However, this results-based
pricing should provide clients with some confidence in their decision to hire Artspell Web Solutions.
Although some results will show within the first couple months, the project will last one year. The more
competitive the keywords, the more focus and effort required to improve it's ranking.
