Free ArtSpell Toastmaster Scheduler

As VP, Education for our local Toastmasters' Club, I went looking for a program to help me track member progress and schedule meetings. After test driving several programs, I thought it would be better to just create my own. So that's what I did; and I created it so that multiple clubs could use the program.

If you wish to give my program a try, please complete the following application. You will receive your logon information shortly after applying.

Some features of the scheduler:

  • Schedule Meetings
  • Track Individual Member Progress
  • Allows for Individual Membership Access
  • Allows Members to monitor their program, print a meeting assignment list, and plan for future assignments and speeches.
  • Officers can update information for all members, while individual members have access to their own records only.
Because its such a new program, feel free to let me know what you think and make suggestions for enhancements.
